Civil Helper- Constructions- Dubai- Open to Relocation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and other skilled workers with daily construction activities.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and clean construction sites before, during, and after work.
• Mix concrete, mortar, and other construction materials as instructed.
• Assist in excavation, backfilling, and site preparation activities.
• Help with the installation and removal of temporary structures, barricades, and scaffolding.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers.
• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform general labor duties as assigned by the site management team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in outdoor environments.
• Ability to work long hours and in varying weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
