Job Title: Construction worker (Tile Mason, Painter, Carpenter, Steel Fixer & General construction Laborers/helpers)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Work type: In-person
Employment type: Permanent, full time

About the Role:
We are currently hiring experienced and hardworking construction workers for ongoing residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Candidates with experience in any of the following trades are encouraged to apply: Mason, Painter, Construction Carpenter, Steel Fixer, or General Construction Laborer/helper.

The ideal candidates should have experience in construction work, be physically fit, and be able to work effectively in a team environment while following safety procedures.

Key responsibilities:

Masons

• Lay bricks, blocks, and concrete structures.
• Apply plaster, render, tile and finishing work.
• Read and follow construction drawings and specifications.

Painters

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and cleaning.
• Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and structures.
• Ensure high-quality finishing standards.

Construction Carpenters

• Construct and install formwork, frameworks, and wooden structures.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project requirements.
• Repair and maintain temporary and permanent structures.

Steel Fixers

• Cut, bend, and install reinforcement steel bars and mesh.
• Read reinforcement drawings and schedules.
• Secure steel bars and ensure compliance with project specifications.

General Construction Laborers/helpers

• Assist skilled tradesmen on-site.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• Perform site cleaning and general construction duties.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous construction experience in the relevant trade.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of construction site safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in UAE construction projects is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Read and follow construction drawings and specifications.
