Spray Painter Helper – Interior Fit-Out

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, cleaning, and masking joinery and furniture items prior to painting.
• Apply primers, sealers, stains, lacquers, polyurethane (PU), and paint finishes using spray equipment.
• Mix paints and finishing materials according to manufacturer specifications and approved samples.
• Perform color matching and ensure consistency across all finished items.
• Inspect finished products for defects, uneven coating, scratches, runs, or imperfections and carry out necessary touch-ups.
• Maintain high-quality finishing standards for all interior fit-out and bespoke joinery works.
• Operate and maintain spray guns, compressors, spray booths, and related equipment.
• Monitor paint consumption and report material requirements to the supervisor.
• Ensure all work is completed within project deadlines and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Coordinate with carpenters, polishers, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Spray Painter in interior fit-out, joinery, or furniture manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PU painting systems, NC finishes, wood stains, lacquers, sealers, and topcoats.
• Experience with high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury fit-out projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with spray booth operations and finishing equipment.

Pay: AED1,119.10 - AED4,434.04 per month
