JOINERY CARPENTER

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and supervise a team of joiners and carpenters</li><li>Plan, schedule, and ensure timely completion of joinery projects</li><li>Maintain high-quality standards and adherence to specifications</li><li>Have to know cutting list</li><li>Manage procurement of materials and equipment</li><li>Enforce safety policies and promote safe working practices</li><li>Communicate with project managers</li><li>Facilitate coordination among trades and departments</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman or similar role</li><li>Strong woodworking knowledge and techniques</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management skills</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings</li><li>Knowledge of construction safety regulations</li><li>Effective communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency in joinery tools and equipment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
