Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our construction team, specializing in civil and structural works for residential villas. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of proven work experience in the UAE, with strong hands-on knowledge of masonry work in villa construction and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform masonry tasks including blockwork, plastering, tiling, screeding, and concrete work as required in villa construction projects.
• Build and repair walls, floors, partitions, and other structures using bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and site plans.
• Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, safety regulations, and UAE standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Conduct surface preparation before masonry applications and finishing after the work is completed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and functional state.
• Support other construction-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of masonry-related work experience in the UAE, specifically in villa construction or maintenance.
• Strong skills in bricklaying, plastering, tile fixing, and concrete finishing.
• Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Technical diploma or certification in Civil or Construction Technology is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings and instructions.
• Physically fit and capable of working in various conditions (indoor, outdoor, hot weather, at heights).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of other construction trades is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Villa MEP technician in UAE : 2 years (Preferred)
