Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to a child in a safe and nurturing environment in their home. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for child welfare and the ability to monitor and support the needs of a child, ensuring their health and well-being.Duties<ul><li>Provide daily care for a child, including feeding and supervising between 4 pm to 8 pm, Monday to Friday</li><li>Monitor the health and behavior of the child, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness in the child living areas, ensuring a hygienic environment.</li><li>Assist with nearby school pick up of the child.</li><li>Engage with the child to promote socialization and comfort.</li><li>Document observations related to the child's behavior and health accurately.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations regarding child care.</li><li>Support educational programs about child care and welfare for visitors.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experienced care giver or related fields is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of basic children behavior and health monitoring techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus.</li><li>Skills in patient observation and monitoring are beneficial.</li><li>Ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) related to children ages 5 to 10 years.</li><li>Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and the public.</li><li>A compassionate approach towards children, demonstrating patience and empathy.</li><li>Previous experience in senior care or direct support roles is advantageous but not required.</li></ul>Join us in making a difference in the lives of children while working in a fulfilling environment that values dedication and compassion.Job Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
