Always.</li></ul>What You'll Do<ul><li>Count and document medical supplies, implants, and pharmaceuticals across hospital storerooms, operating rooms, cath labs, and other clinical areas</li><li>Use a laptop and handheld scanner to capture product details in our inventory system</li><li>Work through assigned sections by location &mdash; top to bottom, left to right</li><li>Inspect products for expiration dates and packaging issues</li><li>Verify product information and confirm units of measure for accurate entry</li><li>Move respectfully through clinical spaces without disrupting patient care</li><li>Wear scrubs and PPE provided by the hospital when working in clean or sterile areas</li><li>Communicate professionally with hospital and clinical staff</li><li>Escalate issues to your Site Leader as needed</li><li>Follow infection-control standards and all hospital policies</li><li>Take care of your equipment and report any issues</li><li>Hit daily production goals and support your teammates to finish on schedule</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required (Associate's in Supply Chain, Business, or Healthcare is a plus)</li><li>At least 1 year in inventory, warehouse, materials management, or a similar role</li><li>Healthcare or hospital supply chain experience (OR, cath lab, SPD, procedural areas) is a strong plus</li><li>Comfortable with Windows laptops, handheld scanners, and mobile apps</li><li>Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills</li><li>Familiarity with hospital systems like Infor/Lawson, Oracle, SAP, Meditech, or Epic/Cerner is a bonus</li><li>Speed matters. Accuracy is required.</li><li>Follows directions well and takes constructive criticism in stride</li><li>Strong communication, respect, politeness, and situational awareness &mdash; you'll be working around patients, and mindfulness matters</li><li>Strong attention to detail and personal integrity</li><li>Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screen</li><li>Able to meet hospital badging requirements (TB screening, vaccinations, annual training)</li></ul>What We Provide<ul><li>Laptop, scanner, charger, and rolling laptop bag</li><li>Company-issued ID badge</li><li>Company-branded collared shirts (with BIG logo) provided after a few weeks on the job</li></ul>Dress Code<ul><li>Business casual</li><li>Collared shirts or polo shirts</li><li>Dress slacks or khakis (blue, black, beige, or gray)</li><li>Modest piercings are fine &mdash; earrings are mostly exempt</li><li>No visibly hanging facial piercings (nose rings, lip rings, eyebrow rings, etc.)</li><li>Facial tattoos are not recommended</li></ul>Travel Details<ul><li>Driver's license is NOT required, but you must have a REAL ID to fly</li><li>Must have reliable transportation to and from your home airport</li><li>Parking fees at your home airport require pre-approval from management if leaving a vehicle there</li><li>Must be able to travel freely throughout the United States</li><li>Preferred: candidates living within 60 miles of a major or international airport</li><li>Travel between hotel &harr; job site and hotel &harr; airport is fully covered</li><li>Transportation from your home to your home airport is your responsibility</li><li>You'll collect airline miles along the way &mdash; they're yours to keep</li></ul>Lodging<ul><li>Entry-level auditors: Will room with a teammate of the same sex when starting out</li><li>Experienced auditors (3&ndash;5+ years in hospital inventory auditing): Get their own room, except when no rooms are available or other extenuating circumstances apply</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Travel ExpectationsThis is a hands-on, full-day job. Here's the honest picture:<ul><li>Start times: Between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM (early starts are the norm &mdash; hospitals give us access before clinical staff arrive)</li><li>End times: Between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM most days (12-hour shifts are standard)</li><li>Shorter days: Some days run 5&ndash;10 hours, depending on team progress and facility size</li><li>No overnights</li><li>Variable schedule: May include weekends and holidays based on hospital access</li><li>Travel: Up to 100% depending on assignment</li><li>Busy season: March through November is our peak.
