Compensation & Benefits
- Starting hourly pay: $18/hr (with raises based on performance)
- Travel pay: Starting at $12/hr

What You'll Do
- Count and document medical supplies, implants, and pharmaceuticals across hospital storerooms, operating rooms, cath labs, and other clinical areas
- Use a laptop and handheld scanner to capture product details in our inventory system
- Work through assigned sections by location — top to bottom, left to right
- Inspect products for expiration dates and packaging issues
- Verify product information and confirm units of measure for accurate entry
- Move respectfully through clinical spaces without disrupting patient care
- Wear scrubs and PPE provided by the hospital when working in clean or sterile areas
- Communicate professionally with hospital and clinical staff
- Escalate issues to your Site Leader as needed
- Follow infection-control standards and all hospital policies
- Take care of your equipment and report any issues
- Hit daily production goals and support your teammates to finish on schedule
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate's in Supply Chain, Business, or Healthcare is a plus)
- At least 1 year in inventory, warehouse, materials management, or a similar role
- Healthcare or hospital supply chain experience (OR, cath lab, SPD, procedural areas) is a strong plus
- Comfortable with Windows laptops, handheld scanners, and mobile apps
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with hospital systems like Infor/Lawson, Oracle, SAP, Meditech, or Epic/Cerner is a bonus
- Speed matters. Accuracy is required.
- Follows directions well and takes constructive criticism in stride
- Strong communication, respect, politeness, and situational awareness — you'll be working around patients, and mindfulness matters
- Strong attention to detail and personal integrity
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Able to meet hospital badging requirements (TB screening, vaccinations, annual training)

Dress Code

- Modest piercings are fine — earrings are mostly exempt
- No visibly hanging facial piercings (nose rings, lip rings, eyebrow rings, etc.)
- Facial tattoos are not recommended
Travel Details
- Driver's license is NOT required, but you must have a REAL ID to fly
- Must have reliable transportation to and from your home airport
- Parking fees at your home airport require pre-approval from management if leaving a vehicle there
- Must be able to travel freely throughout the United States
- Preferred: candidates living within 60 miles of a major or international airport
- Travel between hotel ↔ job site and hotel ↔ airport is fully covered
- Transportation from your home to your home airport is your responsibility
- You'll collect airline miles along the way — they're yours to keep
Lodging
- Entry-level auditors: Will room with a teammate of the same sex when starting out
- Experienced auditors (3–5+ years in hospital inventory auditing): Get their own room, except when no rooms are available or other extenuating circumstances apply
Schedule & Travel Expectations
This is a hands-on, full-day job. Here's the honest picture:
- Start times: Between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM (early starts are the norm — hospitals give us access before clinical staff arrive)
- End times: Between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM most days (12-hour shifts are standard)
- Shorter days: Some days run 5–10 hours, depending on team progress and facility size
- No overnights
- Variable schedule: May include weekends and holidays based on hospital access
- Travel: Up to 100% depending on assignment
- Busy season: March through November is our peak. April through August, time off is very limited (outside of scheduled days off and travel days — we typically don't work on fly days)
- Days off and travel days are built in throughout each engagement
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods (8–12 hours on hard floors)
- Frequent bending, reaching, scanning, labeling, and typing
- Lift up to 35–50 lbs and push/pull supply carts
- Comfortable using step-stools and small ladders
- Comfortable working in restricted clinical areas with proper PPE
