Job Overview Big River Disposal is growing and we&rsquo;re looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Operations &amp; Customer Support Coordinator. This role is the heartbeat of daily communication&mdash;handling inbound calls, following up on leads, managing customer accounts, posting payments, and helping keep drivers and routes running smoothly.If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and being the person who keeps everything moving, this job is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support &amp; Lead Management<ul><li>Answer inbound customer calls and messages (dumpster orders, service questions, pickup requests).</li><li>Follow up with all new leads and open inquiries to convert them into scheduled jobs.</li><li>Provide friendly, professional communication representing Big River Disposal&rsquo;s brand.</li></ul>Billing &amp; Account Follow-Up<ul><li>Contact customers regarding outstanding balances with a polite, professional approach.</li><li>Take payments over the phone and apply payments in the system.</li><li>Assist with monthly billing runs and invoice reconciliation.</li></ul>Operations &amp; Routing Support<ul><li>Upload and update daily/weekly routes into routing software for drivers.</li><li>Enter new jobs, pickups, deliveries, and service changes accurately.</li><li>Coordinate with drivers to ensure routes are updated and optimized.</li></ul>Administrative Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain customer records and job logs.</li><li>Assist with reporting and daily operations tasks.</li><li>Communicate with management about trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Strong phone presence and customer service ability.</li><li>Good computer skills; able to learn routing and dispatch software quickly.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.</li><li>Collections experience is a plus (but not required).</li><li>Experience in a waste-management, trucking, or logistics setting is a big bonus.</li></ul>Personality Traits That Fit Best<ul><li>Dependable and punctual</li><li>Calm under pressure</li><li>Excellent communicator</li><li>Problem solver</li><li>Team player with a customer-first mindset</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 25 per weekWork Location: In person
