We take pride in doing quality work and building long-term relationships with our clients and team.We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying on top of details, communicating with customers and team members, and being part of a small, hardworking crew. The position is considered full-time at 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, and offers benefits after a three month probation period. It comes with a consistent schedule and a great work-life balance.Your Day to Day<ul><li>Assist in weekly payroll using QuickBooks.</li><li>Answer our limited incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems to ensure quick access to important documents.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel along with Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and correspondence.</li><li>Must be proficient with computers.</li><li>Assist with calendar management and scheduling updates.</li><li>Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing general administrative duties.</li><li>Track employee absences and manage HR duties.</li><li>Offer personal assistant support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office environment.</li><li>Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Strong typing skills combined with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor; familiarity with front desk operations is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Pay: From $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
