We are looking for a detail-oriented and financially savvy Account Manager to manage client accounts, ensure timely payments, and provide financial insights to support decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with a strong finance background (MBA &ndash; Finance) who also enjoys client communication and relationship management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Client Account Management</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.</li><li>Understand client needs and coordinate internally to fulfill them.</li><li>Financial &amp; Account Operations</li><li>Monitor client account balances, invoices, and payment schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with finance/accounts team for billing, collections, and reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare periodic account statements and financial reports for management.</li><li>Forecasting &amp; Reporting</li><li>Assist in revenue forecasting from assigned accounts.</li><li>Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.</li><li>Provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Process Improvement</li><li>Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.</li><li>Help improve internal processes related to billing, collections, and client reporting.</li></ul>Mandatory Requirements<ul><li>Education</li><li>MBA in Finance (must-have, no other specialization).</li><li>Experience</li><li>[Edit as needed] 1&ndash;3 years / 3&ndash;5 years of experience in:</li><li>Account management, client servicing, or</li><li>Finance-related roles (accounts, billing, AR, financial analysis, etc.)</li><li>Skills</li><li>Strong understanding of basic accounting and financial concepts.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and financial reports.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote setup.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-up.</li></ul>Preferable (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Experience with accounting/ERP/CRM tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).</li><li>Prior experience working in a remote or international environment.</li><li>Experience handling multiple client accounts at the same time.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
