Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the hiring and onboarding process, including job posting, interview coordination, reference checks, and new employee orientation.</li><li>Manage employee insurance enrollment, updates, and terminations, ensuring timely communication with insurance providers.</li><li>Help interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees, ensuring compliance and understanding.</li><li>Support employee relations by maintaining positive communication and addressing general employee inquiries.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Support purchasing and procurement tasks.</li><li>Handle expense claim submissions, verification, and reimbursement tracking.</li><li>Liaise with third-party vendors (e.g., insurance providers, office suppliers, service contractors) to ensure timely service delivery.</li><li>Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.</li><li>Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned to support business operations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar position.</li><li>Knowledge of HR procedures, employment standards, and benefits administration.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is an asset.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy</li></ul>If you are a motivated individual looking to contribute to a dynamic team while enhancing your administrative skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Mandarin (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
