The Human Resource Executive will focus primarily on identifying, onboarding, and managing professional astrologers for the platform. The role involves searching for suitable astrologers, contacting them, conducting introductory calls, explaining the onboarding process, ensuring documentation and profile setup, coordinating schedules, and maintaining professional relations. The executive must also ensure that the astrologers meet AstroIndia&rsquo;s quality standards in terms of expertise, professionalism, and communication.Key Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Organized, reliable, and able to follow structured processes</li><li>Comfortable speaking with new people over call</li><li>Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining data</li><li>Experience in HR, telecalling, coordination, or talent onboarding is preferred</li><li>Interest in astrology is a plus (not mandatory)</li></ul>Work Schedule:9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Full-Time, In-Office)Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
