Senior Video Editor

We are looking to onboard a highly skilled and deeply passionate Video Editor to work on premium short-form and long-form digital content. This role is not for someone seeking routine editing work. It is for an individual who genuinely loves the craft of storytelling through video and takes pride in creating visually compelling, engaging, and impactful content.

The ideal candidate understands how attention works on modern digital platforms and has a strong sense of pacing, visual rhythm, transitions, sound design, and narrative flow. You will be working on high-visibility content that demands precision, creativity, and consistency at a professional standard.

This position requires ownership, creative involvement, and a long-term mindset. We are not looking for freelancers who juggle multiple clients casually. We are specifically looking for someone who is passionate about editing, committed to quality, and eager to grow with the brand over time.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for editing short-form vertical videos for social media platforms as well as long-form videos for YouTube. Your role will include refining raw footage into polished, engaging content, adding clean transitions, captions, sound effects, music, and visual enhancements while maintaining a premium look and feel. You will collaborate closely with the content and strategy team to ensure consistency in style, tone, and output quality.

Required Skills & Experience

You should have strong proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools. A solid understanding of short-form content dynamics, hooks, retention techniques, and audience psychology is essential. Prior experience editing Reels, Shorts, or YouTube videos is required. Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to deliver consistently under timelines are non-negotiable.
