We are a turnkey joinery and fit-out company specializing in custom joinery, interior fit-out, and turnkey project execution across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors. We are looking for a motivated Junior QS / Estimation Engineer to support our estimation and project coordination team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Study tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs.</li><li>Prepare quantity take-offs for joinery and fit-out works.</li><li>Assist in preparing project cost estimates and quotations.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.</li><li>Support preparation of BOQs and tender documents.</li><li>Maintain updated material and supplier cost databases.</li><li>Assist in variation costing and project cost tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with production, procurement, and project teams.</li><li>Prepare comparison sheets and commercial summaries.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in joinery and fit-out estimation/QS.</li><li>Basic understanding of joinery materials, finishes, and fit-out processes.</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.</li><li>Good analytical and communication skills.</li><li>UAE experience is an advantage.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity calculations.</li><li>Knowledge of market material rates and suppliers.</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines.</li><li>Team player with willingness to learn.</li></ul>Interested candidate who can join immediately and willing to relocate to Sharjah can apply and send your updated CV to recruitment@bikram.aeWork Location: In person

Junior QS / Estimation Engineer – Joinery & Fit-Out

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in the Fit-Out Industry to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience managing fit-out projects, with the ability to oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning through to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.The role requires a UAE Driving License and the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle of fit-out projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.&middot; Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.&middot; Ensure that all fit-out projects meet the required specifications, standards, and regulations.&middot; Supervise site activities, manage construction workers, and ensure work is being carried out according to the project schedule.&middot; Review and analyze project drawings, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements.&middot; Manage and resolve any technical issues that arise during the execution of fit-out works.&middot; Prepare and monitor project reports, progress reports, and documentation.&middot; Conduct site inspections and supervise quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship.&middot; Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.&middot; Handle client meetings, report progress, and provide solutions to any challenges or delays.&middot; Ensure that safety protocols and health standards are maintained at all times on-site.&middot;Requirements:1. Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in the Fit-Out Industry, preferably with a strong background in managing fit-out projects.2.
