KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Manage end-to-end procurement operations from requisition to delivery</li><li>Execute sourcing strategies for cost-effective and timely purchasing</li><li>Handle vendor evaluation, onboarding &amp; performance tracking</li><li>Lead contract negotiations and ensure policy compliance</li><li>Coordinate with production &amp; warehouse for material planning</li><li>Monitor purchase orders, deliveries &amp; supplier commitments</li><li>Maintain optimal inventory levels (avoid shortages/excess)</li><li>Ensure accurate ERP data and reporting</li><li>Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities</li><li>Build strong supplier &amp; logistics relationships</li><li>Resolve procurement and supply-related issues efficiently</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain / Business / Engineering</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations</li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems &amp; advanced Excel</li><li>Good negotiation, analytical &amp; coordination skills</li></ul>PREFERRED<ul><li>Experience in switchgear or manufacturing industry</li><li>Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma</li></ul>Work Location: In person
