We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist to manage our day-to-day financial operations and support company growth.This is a key role within the company, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and ensuring leadership has clean, timely financial data.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage QuickBooks Online (data entry, reconciliations, journal entries)</li><li>Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable</li><li>Process payroll accurately and on time</li><li>Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations</li><li>Maintain accurate job costing and financial records</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)</li><li>Track expenses, vendor payments, and financial transactions</li><li>Assist with budgeting and reporting</li><li>Maintain organized financial documentation and records</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience</li><li>Strong experience with:</li><li>QuickBooks Online</li><li>Microsoft Excel</li><li>Experience processing payroll</li><li>Solid understanding of financial reports and basic accounting principles</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication skills</li></ul>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:<ul><li>This is a full-time, in-office position.
