<div>SUMMARY:

Assist Financial Services Officers, Financial Services Representatives, Loan Manager, Loan Underwriter and Collectors with administrative tasks relative to deposit and loan functions. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Monitor and review email and loan processing queues for loan requests</li>
<li>Review and ensure loan details in Core System are correct</li>
<li>Verify each loan that meets underwriting criteria has underwriting approval</li>
<li>Verify funding amounts with Underwriting and/or Sales Staff, complete loan funding</li>
<li>Print appropriate loan documents (open end, closed end, VISA, etc.) to sales employees</li>
<li>Place appropriate flags and/or freezes for Share/CD Secured loans</li>
<li>Create, maintain, organize, scan and file accurate loan records. Attach underwriting submissions and documents to member in CRM module</li>
<li>Maintain members&rsquo; accounts for periodic and ACH payments</li>
<li>Process title work</li>
<li>Responsible for DMV Tracking</li>
<li>Create, send and file Adverse Actions</li>
<li>Handle loan payoff inquiries; process all loan payoff checks</li>
<li>Audit Loan Maintenance and Paid Ahead reports</li>
<li>Work Paid Loan Report; process closed loans to completion (release liens, etc.)</li>
<li>Complete Construction Loan advances</li>
<li>Maintain Construction Loan files</li>
<li>Complete sub action forms and appropriate account changes</li>
<li>Process Skip-a-Pay requests</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to Home Loan Consultant as needed</li>
<li>Ensure completeness of consumer, HELOC, and mortgage documentation (to include property photos)</li>
<li>Process DOT, modifications of DOT and subordination agreements for HELOC&rsquo;s</li>
<li>Pay real estate taxes for select members</li>
<li>Provide mortgage insurance invoices to our mortgage servicing entity</li>
<li>Complete escrow analysis</li>
<li>Track reconveyances for loans secured by real property</li>
</ul><ul><li>Complete necessary documents to update and maintain members&rsquo; credit life and disability insurance, and debt protection, including claims processing</li>
<li>Process and monitor members&rsquo; total loss insurance claims</li>
<li>GAP &amp; MBD Claims/Reports/EFT detail disbursements</li>
<li>Maintain reporting in E-Oscar and HMDA. Resolve credit reporting disputes</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate Credit Insurance Premium Reporting to CUNA</li>
</ul><ul><li>Answer departmental questions, provide information, and/or route inquires appropriately</li>
<li>Process IRA transactions and monthly IRA RMD&rsquo;s</li>
</ul>
General
<ul>
<li>Maintain an adequate supply of all forms as it pertains to the department</li>
<li>Maintain ongoing communication with supervisor, informing him/her of all pertinent problems, irregularities, new developments, changes, and other important information within area of responsibility</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of all information and transactions regarding Credit Union members</li>
<li>Greet members and guests to the Credit Union in a professional and courteous manner</li>
<li>Maintain current knowledge of Credit Union philosophy, all Credit Unions services, and policies</li>
<li>Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with all people, including fellow employees, members, management staff, board members, and outside vendors</li>
<li>Cooperate with other department personnel to ensure a team effort and prompt member service</li>
<li>Enforce strict adherence to established security procedures</li>
<li>Maintain the security of the work area and ensure that it presents an organized and neat appearance</li>
<li>Participate in continuing education as approved by supervisor</li>
<li>Report to work on time and as scheduled</li>
<li>Attend meetings as required</li>
<li>Adhere to company dress code</li></ul>

Training and Experience:
<ul><li>High School diploma or the equivalent - required</li>
<li>Experience in a position involving member service, extensive public contact, and clerical office work - required</li>
<li>Practical experience in basic computer skills: (MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook) - required</li>
<li>2 years&rsquo; experience in a financial institution or credit program &ndash; highly preferred</li>
<li>2 years&rsquo; experience in collections processes and reporting - preferred</li></ul> 


Knowledge and Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with personal computers</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles</li>
<li>Ability to follow written and oral communications and instructions</li>
