This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your skills in digital marketing tools and strategies will make a measurable difference.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels including social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising to increase ROI and conversion rates.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings, enhance content visibility, and drive targeted traffic.</li><li>Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.</li><li>Use analytics tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and refine strategies for better results.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce engaging visual content that supports marketing initiatives.</li><li>Maintain and update content management systems such as WordPress while ensuring website SEO best practices are followed for optimal performance.</li><li>Implement conversion optimization techniques by A/B testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and other elements to improve lead generation efforts.</li><li>Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in B2B (business-to-business) marketing and e-commerce environments.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM campaigns, social media management, and content creation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website updates and data analysis is highly desirable.</li><li>Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite to produce visual assets for campaigns.</li><li>Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms for website updates.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data using analytics tools to optimize performance marketing strategies effectively.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored for diverse digital channels.</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and experience in managing digital campaigns within online retail environments is a plus.
