1. Service Coordination &amp; Execution<ul><li>Coordinate and supervise daily FM activities across sites (maintenance, preventive &amp;</li></ul>corrective, soft services, waste management, MEP, cleaning).<ul><li>Schedule preventive maintenance (PM), reactive maintenance, and corrective works</li></ul>according to agreed frequency and standards.<ul><li>Liaise with site supervisors, technicians, subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely</li></ul>service delivery.<ul><li>Ensure all work orders, service requests, and client instructions are logged, tracked and</li></ul>completed.2. Client &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Act as primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests, complaints, and</li></ul>feedback.<ul><li>Manage vendor relationships: request quotations, coordinate site visits, monitor vendor</li></ul>performance and compliance with UAE standards and contract terms.<ul><li>Ensure all FM activities meet UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g.</li></ul>waste disposal, hazardous materials, electrical/mechanical safety compliance).3. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain and update: asset registries, equipment inventories, maintenance logs, service</li></ul>request tracker, vendor database, waste disposal records.<ul><li>Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly FM reports: work orders status, service</li></ul>completion, downtime logs, maintenance backlog, incidents.<ul><li>Update CAFM and manual logs in compliance with company standards.</li></ul>4. Resource &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Monitor consumption of materials, tools, cleaning supplies, spare parts; raise</li></ul>procurement requests as needed.<ul><li>Coordinate manpower allocation and shift scheduling at multiple sites.</li><li>Assist in planning and scheduling site visits, vendor mobilization, logistic support for</li></ul>equipment/machinery.5. Health, Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure FM operations adhere to UAE and company HSE (Health, Safety, Environment)</li></ul>policies, including safe handling of chemicals, waste, and mechanical/electrical works.<ul><li>Support regular inspections, audits, and safety compliance checks at sites.</li><li>Report incidents, accidents or non-compliance, and coordinate corrective actions.</li></ul>6. Customer Service &amp; Quality Assurance<ul><li>Ensure high standards of cleaning, maintenance, and services in line with client</li></ul>expectations and UAE regulatory standards.<ul><li>Follow up on client feedback; coordinate corrective action where needed.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration,</li></ul>or related field.<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience managing FM operations (preferably in the GCC / UAE region)</li></ul>&mdash; exposure to UAE regulations is a plus.<ul><li>Familiarity with UAE FM regulations, safety &amp; compliance requirements, municipal</li></ul>codes (for waste disposal, fire safety, electrical/mechanical).<ul><li>Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple sites, prioritize tasks, coordinate teams and vendors.</li><li>Good organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset, customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
