Operations Manager

Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete operations of grease trap cleaning activities across all client sites. The role ensures smooth daily operations, manpower allocation, vehicle coordination, compliance with UAE regulations, customer satisfaction, and profitability of operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day grease trap cleaning and waste collection operations.
• Supervise drivers, technicians, helpers, and scheduling staff.
• Ensure timely execution of preventive and emergency service requests.
• Coordinate deployment of vacuum tankers, jetting units, and service teams.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with municipality and environmental regulations.
• Plan manpower utilization and optimize route scheduling for cost efficiency.
• Ensure all vehicles, pumps, and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
• Monitor fuel usage, overtime, productivity, and operational expenses.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Prepare operational reports including completed jobs, pending tasks, incidents, and KPI performance.
• Ensure proper disposal of grease waste through approved disposal facilities.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times.
• Coordinate with sales and accounts departments regarding contracts, renewals, invoicing, and service delivery.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in grease trap cleaning, waste management, drainage, or FM operations in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE municipality regulations and environmental compliance.
• Experience managing fleets, technicians, and field operations.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
• UAE driving license preferred.
