Job overview:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution while overseeing daily operational activities. The role requires strong coordination between clients, designers, production teams, logistics, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, operational planning, resource management and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple art and interior enhancement projects simultaneously from project award to final handover.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet client expectations and contractual requirements.

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, installation, and administrative teams for smooth project execution.
• Optimize operational processes to improve productivity and reduce project delays.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources effectively.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers.
• Attend project meetings, site visits, and client presentations as required.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise project coordinators and operational staff.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
• Identify training requirements and support employee development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Project Management and Operations Management.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution and handover.
• Experience in art consultancy, fit-out, interiors, exhibitions, signage, custom manufacturing, luxury retail, hospitality, or related industries will be highly preferred.
