Key Responsibilities1. Operations Planning & Execution
- Oversee daily operations across multiple landscaping and technical projects.
- Plan, organize, and monitor site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop practical workflows and operational plans to improve efficiency across sites.
- Ensure smooth mobilization, execution, and completion of all project works.
2. Team & Site Management
- Lead site teams including supervisors, engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers.
- Provide clear direction, support, and performance monitoring to ensure productivity and quality.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources effectively across multiple projects.
- Ensure strong coordination between all site teams for smooth execution.
3. Project Coordination
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, clients, consultants, and internal departments.
- Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and site execution activities.
- Support teams in resolving day-to-day operational and site challenges.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide clear updates on progress and issues.
4. Cost Control & Resource Management
- Monitor project budgets, operational costs, and resource usage across all sites.
- Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Ensure efficient use of manpower and reduce wastage of resources.
- Support management with financial insights and operational decision-making.
5. Quality, Compliance & HSE
- Ensure all works comply with UAE regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Maintain strict quality control across all ongoing projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all teams and sites.
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare regular operational reports, progress updates, and performance summaries.
- Track project progress, risks, delays, and operational challenges.
- Highlight issues early and recommend practical solutions.
- Support senior management with clear and data-driven updates.
7. Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in site operations and implement improvements.
- Standardize processes to improve productivity and consistency across projects.
- Introduce best practices for execution, coordination, and resource management.
- Continuously improve operational systems and team performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in operations, landscaping, civil, technical works, or MEP projects.
- Strong experience managing multiple sites and large, diverse teams.
- Proven leadership and ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction and landscaping practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization skills.
- Strong decision-making ability and practical, on-site leadership approach.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
