Site Operations Project Manager (On-Field)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Manager / Operations Manager to oversee industrial HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and site operations across multiple projects in the UAE.

This is a senior-level, hands-on leadership role for someone who can independently manage teams, supervise daily operations, optimize workforce productivity, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and on schedule with minimal management involvement.

The ideal candidate is proactive, operationally strong, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining full visibility over all employees, site activities, materials, timelines, and expenses at all times.

Experience in the UAE construction / industrial sector is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise industrial HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee daily site operations, labor teams, technicians, subcontractors, drivers, and suppliers.
• Ensure all employees are utilized efficiently and productive throughout working hours.
• Monitor project timelines closely and ensure all jobs are completed within deadlines.
• Maintain complete operational visibility across all active projects and workforce activities.
• Prepare and submit structured daily operational and project progress reports to management.
• Use project management and task tracking tools such as Asana to organize operations, assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain accountability.
• Coordinate manpower planning, scheduling, attendance, and task allocation.
• Supervise site safety, execution quality, and compliance with company procedures.
• Optimize petty cash usage, purchasing, and operational spending while maintaining accurate records and cost control.
• Coordinate material sourcing, procurement, deliveries, and inventory requirements.
• Solve operational and site issues proactively without requiring constant executive involvement.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, permits, approvals, and internal coordination.
• Maintain discipline, accountability, and high performance standards across teams.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce supervision where required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in industrial HVAC, MEP, mechanical, electrical, or infrastructure projects.
• Industrial HVAC systems
• Cooling systems
• Mechanical and plumbing infrastructure
• Heavy electrical systems and site operations
• Proven experience supervising multiple employees and managing site operations independently.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and operational management skills.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Strong cost-control mindset and operational efficiency management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• English and Hindi fluency is mandatory. Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Must currently be based in the UAE.
