As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our last-mile delivery network and drive operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager – Last Mile Delivery will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery operations, managing fleet and manpower performance, and ensuring operational KPIs are consistently achieved.

This role requires a strong leader with hands-on experience in high-volume logistics environments, capable of driving efficiency, maintaining service quality, and leading large delivery teams in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily last-mile delivery operations across assigned regions
• Supervise fleet performance, dispatch activities, and route optimization
• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs including:
• On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• Delivery Success Rate
• Productivity and Cost Efficiency
• Develop, implement, and improve SOPs for sorting, dispatch, and delivery operations
• Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and training of delivery associates and drivers
• Manage workforce planning and operational readiness during peak seasons and high-volume periods
• Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport, labor, and operational regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, courier, or last-mile delivery operations
• Prior experience with Amazon (AMZL) or similar high-volume delivery operations is highly preferred
• Proven experience managing large driver fleets and operational teams
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in operational tools, routing systems, and delivery management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, courier, or logistics companies within the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE delivery operations and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with route optimization and fleet management systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
