Position - Logistics Fleet Manager
Location - Dubai

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fleet & Logistics Manager to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be the administrative backbone of our corporate fleet, ensuring 100% compliance with UAE government regulations, maintaining smooth financial tracking of transport accounts, and coordinating seamlessly with various branches and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Hire, Train and supervise the drivers as per company standard and policies
• Documentation & Filing: Maintain precise hard-copy and soft-copy records of vehicle handovers, fine deductions, uniform distribution, and SIM cards.
• ​Vendor & Claims Liaison: Follow up with insurance companies regarding vehicle accidents, repairs, and updates.
• Data Maintenance: Continuously update the Vehicle Master File, Etisalat Master File, and maintenance tracking logs.
• Fine & Violation Management: Conduct daily checks for traffic fines on official portals, document offenses with screenshots, and prepare payroll deduction paperwork.
• Permits & Compliance: Manage timely renewals for vehicle registrations (Mulkiya), insurance policies, and mandatory commercial permits (Dubai Municipality, Sharjah Parking, and Advertisement permits).
• Ensure all vehicles comply with company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.
• Hands- on experience supervising drivers, operators and transport staff.
• Monitor vehicles through GPS tracking systems and prepare fleet performance reports.
• Handle emergency situations, breakdowns, or delays with effective problem-solving and communication.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
