Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Content Creator &amp;amp; Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for producing engaging short-form videos, generating fresh content ideas, and managing uploads across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). You&rsquo;ll work closely with leadership to align content with our company branding and business goals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Content Creation &amp;amp; Video Production</li><li>Plan, script, and film engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube</li><li>Shorts).</li><li>Edit and optimize videos for each platform&rsquo;s best practices.</li><li>Brainstorm creative hooks, trends, and storytelling ideas aligned with Safi-</li><li>Global services.</li><li>Content Management &amp;amp; Uploads</li><li>Manage publishing schedules across platforms.</li><li>Ensure captions, hashtags, and metadata are optimized for reach and SEO.</li><li>Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with the marketing team.</li></ul>Community Engagement<ul><li>Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions.</li><li>Plan and Manage influencer contents</li><li>Engage with followers and help build a strong online community.</li><li>Analytics &amp;amp; Growth</li><li>Track content performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.</li><li>Stay up to date with trends, algorithms, and competitor strategies.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management and video content creation (portfolio or examples required).</li><li>Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).</li><li>Sponsored campaign optimization and reporting skills</li><li>Creativity and ability to generate unique, on-brand ideas.</li><li>Understanding of growth strategies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Excellent written English for captions and storytelling.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple uploads consistently.</li><li>Knowledge of Dubai, entrepreneurship, or relocation and business strength in Retail and Real Estate is preferable</li><li>The candidate should be open to learning new skills and support the team in other areas of marketing</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
