Fleet Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Transport Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in transport/fleet supervision (limousine or luxury transport preferred)
-Strong leadership and organizational skills
-Must be residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate

-Can join immediately

- Arabic speaker is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and train drivers; ensure high customer service and safety standards
-Manage fleet maintenance, inspections, and repairs
-Coordinate driver schedules and route planning
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and VIP services
-Ensure compliance with regulations, licensing, and insurance
-Maintain records and prepare performance reports

Experience:

• Transport/Fleet industry: 3 years (Required)
