Logistics & Fleet Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage logistics, transportation, and fleet operations.
  • Oversee company vehicles, heavy equipment, drivers, and operators.
  • Monitor fleet utilization, maintenance schedules, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure timely mobilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to project sites.
  • Develop logistics plans and transportation strategies to support project execution.
  • Monitor fuel consumption, fleet costs, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Maintenance, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, UAE regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage fleet documentation, registrations, permits, and insurance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and cost efficiency.

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, fleet, or transportation management.
✔ At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
✔ Strong experience within construction, infrastructure, transportation, or heavy equipment industries.
✔ Excellent knowledge of fleet management systems and logistics operations.
✔ Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ UAE experience is highly preferred.
