Fleet Operations Manager (EV Logistics Sector)

About the Role:

We are hiring for a reputed client in the EV logistics and transport sector, seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to lead on-ground operations across UAE locations. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day fleet movement, driver supervision, operational coordination, and documentation, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence in a rapidly expanding green-mobility ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor deployment of vehicles across client sites, ports, and terminals. Optimize fleet utilization, minimize idle time, and ensure timely operations.
• Supervise recruitment, training, and performance of drivers (including EV-trained drivers). Maintain accurate trip records, operational documentation, and cost reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE RTA regulations, HSE policies and internal standards. Coordinate with the technical team for EV performance, charging, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement operational SOPs for fleet and logistics activities. Lead and motivate on-ground teams, driving accountability and discipline.
• Support expansion initiatives, client onboarding and route development.

Eligibility

Experience: 5 – 15 years in Fleet / Transport / Logistics Operations (EV experience an advantage).

• Sound knowledge of UAE transport compliance (RTA & HSE)

Skills: Fleet planning, GPS / Telematics, EV fleet management, cost optimization, leadership.

Languages: English (mandatory), Hindi (preferred), Arabic (an advantage).

License: Valid UAE Driving License required.

Mindset: Hands-on, result-oriented and eager to grow vertically within a fast-growing logistics setup.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
