In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients, and upholding our commitment to excellence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including air ticketing (issuing &amp; re-issuing), hotel bookings, car transfers, travel insurance, and meet &amp; assist services.</li><li>Develop a strong understanding of each client's travel policy and provide expert guidance to ensure compliance and value.</li><li>Offer consultative advice to clients, utilizing your excellent knowledge of travel supplier rules, low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, destination management, and supplier developments to provide informed recommendations.</li><li>Provide professional and prompt written communication for all email inquiries and confirmations.</li><li>Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, welcoming feedback, and contributing to a positive and high-achieving team spirit.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of proven experience within a corporate travel environment.</li><li>Must have UAE travel industry experience.</li><li>High proficiency with the Amadeus GDS and familiarity with NDC systems.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of travel coordination (ticketing, hotels, transfers, insurance).</li><li>Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destination management, and package design.</li><li>Exceptional communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>A detail-oriented, highly organized approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must be currently located in the UAE and available for an immediate start or with a maximum 30-day notice period.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
