Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily dark store operations, including picking, packing, and dispatching of online orders.</li><li>Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time to meet partner SLAs</li><li>Manage, train, and motivate store staff (pickers, packers, and riders) to maintain performance standards.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize wastage or shrinkage.</li><li>Conduct daily checks on product quality, cleanliness, and storage conditions.</li><li>Generate and review operational reports, ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.</li><li>Handle escalations, resolve issues related to delayed or incorrect orders, and communicate effectively with customer service or vendor partners.</li><li>Ensure the store layout and processes are optimized for efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Oversee shift schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations for the team.</li><li>Support the implementation of new operational procedures or system updates.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or retail operations.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or retail supervision.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and warehouse/order management systems.</li><li>Excellent communication and team management abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments with flexible shifts.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<ul><li>Order accuracy and delivery time.</li><li>Inventory accuracy and stock availability.</li><li>Staff productivity and attendance.</li><li>Compliance with safety and operational standards.</li><li>Customer satisfaction rate.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>WAREHOUSING : 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>LOGISTICS OPERATIONS : 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>E-COMMERCE : 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>DARK STORE OPERATIONS : 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
