Job Overview
Time Express Parcels is seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager to manage and strengthen our most valuable client relationships. In this role, you will act as the primary strategist, operational lead, and growth driver for your assigned portfolio. You will oversee the complete client lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term retention, while building and managing the personnel required to support these accounts effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Retention
- Lead the seamless onboarding process for new enterprise-level clients
- Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) during the kickoff phase
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure account health and client satisfaction
Customer Relations & Escalation Management
- Serve as the primary and trusted point of contact for key stakeholders
- Resolve complex, high-priority client escalations professionally and efficiently
- Identify root causes of operational issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Account Growth & Profitability
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
- Protect and improve account profitability through strategic pricing and cost management
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams
Personnel Hiring & Team Leadership
- Recruit, interview, and hire dedicated personnel to support client accounts
- Train, mentor, and manage team members to ensure excellent service delivery
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee career development
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, or Logistics/Express Courier Management
- Leadership: Proven track record of hiring, building, and managing high-performing teams
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of account P&L, margins, and revenue growth
- Problem Solving: Excellent negotiation skills with experience handling high-level client escalations
- Communication: Fluent in English with strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
