No.1 Luxury Yacht is a Dubai-based luxury yacht charter company providing premium yacht rental, private cruise, and hospitality experiences.

About the Job:

• Coordinate guest bookings, confirmations, and customer requests.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their yacht experience.
• Support daily operational activities, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
• Liaise with captains, crew, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and customer information.

About You:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in yacht operations preferred, but open to other industries with fast paced coordination and high level of service and guest experience is expected, such as - hospitality, tourism, etc.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, other languages are an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
