 A Welding Engineer ensure close coordination, implementation to develop of Welding Procedure Specification( WPS/WPQR), NDT/DT, Engineering Critical assessment, Welder Qualification and performance monitoring, Control Welding Rejection rate, study and implement welding techniques and application of welding equipment utilizing knowledge of production specifications and compliance as Welding Manager, per Client/ International Code and Standard.
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:

 B SC/Bachelor degree in Metallurgical Engineering

 Must have CSWIP 3.1/3.2
 </li>

 Experiences:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Overall 5 to 7 Years Experience in Major EPC Oil/Gas and directly involved in EPC project.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities :
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Focal Point for Welding department at Welding/Project Site
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop all Proposed, Welding Procedure Specifications/ WPQR as per Project Requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and Conduct Welders Qualification Test programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and Control Weld Rejection Rate of all Projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Controls Welding Resources ( Welders and welding operators )
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and Control Weekly/Cumulative Weld Rejection Rate for ARAMCO projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and Controls Weekly/Cumulative Welders Rejection rate for ARAMCO Projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and Controls Projects Approved NDT companies, RTFI disagreement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Selection of Materials/ Line pipe, fittings depending upon their weldability.
 </li>
 <li>
 MTO evaluation and selection depending upon Project requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and Develop Hot Tap Packages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Training and Developments Program for Employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Corporate Development and other department to implement the company policies and Procedure.
 </li>

Welding Engineer

 The Construction Manager will work with the Site Construction team, this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee construction projects from construction to completion
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement safe execution of the field scope in accordance with the baseline schedule, and to the required Quality and Safety.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross functional coordination for logistics with vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting and tracking status reports
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other discipline or equivalent.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience :
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 15 years' of experience out of which min 5 years worked in the same capacity with Oil &amp; Gas Construction specially in Cross Country Pipeline Projects in Saudi Arabia.
 </li>
 </ul>
