Material Engineer &amp; Quality Control EngineerJob Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced engineer to fulfill the combined role of Material Engineer and Quality Control Engineer. With at least 6 years of experience in materials engineering and quality control, the successful candidate will enhance product development by integrating advanced material solutions and maintaining the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and develop new materials with enhanced properties for various applications, ensuring they meet product specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Implement quality control procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines.</li><li>Analyze failures and defects in materials and processes, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.</li><li>Collaborate with R&amp;D and production teams to integrate material innovations and quality standards into product designs and manufacturing processes.</li><li>Oversee the testing of raw materials and final products to validate performance against required standards and specifications.</li><li>Manage the transition of new materials from the development phase to mass production, ensuring scalability and cost-efficiency.</li><li>Prepare detailed documentation and reports on material performance, quality control activities, and audit findings for stakeholder review.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in materials science and quality assurance.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Materials Science, Quality Engineering, or a closely related field.</li><li>A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in materials engineering and quality control.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in material testing methods and quality assurance protocols.</li><li>Proficient in using analytical and quality software tools such as MATLAB, Minitab, or similar.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current CTC?</li><li>Do you have a notice period ?
