Sr. Structural Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager/Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Cachar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects from conception to completion. The role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and technical expertise in civil engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and present progress reports, financial reports, and other documentation to stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in civil engineering and project management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
