Job description:<ul><li>We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive for interior fit-out industry to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing clients, and achieving sales targets.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and qualify leads, prospect new business opportunities, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.</li><li>Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to showcase products/services and close sales.</li><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.</li><li>Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.</li><li>Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.</li><li>Report on sales activities, progress towards targets, and challenges encountered.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2 to 3 years sales experience is mandatory (preferably in Fit-Out industries).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.</li><li>Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Valid UAE driver's license.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
