 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 The Government Relations Officer acts as a key liaison between Binzagr Co. and government agencies, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The role also involves proactively promoting policy initiatives that align with the company&rsquo;s strategic objectives and fostering strong relationships with regulatory authorities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Government Licensing &amp; Compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Issue, renew, and cancel permits from municipality, civil defense, environmental, and other regulatory bodies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow the validity of CRs, licenses and permits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain active communication with government authorities to resolve issues or meet requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures legal compliance with Saudi labor and immigration regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Invoice &amp; Document Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Process invoices related to government services and ensured timely coordination with the Finance Department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain updated records of all transactions, permits, and government correspondences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gov. authorities relations visits (ex. Police , DOT, Departing employees and remaining Fleet transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise sites on required permits or licenses when launching new operations or services.
 </li>
 <li>

 Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred in Business Administration, Law, or Public Relations).
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 3 years of experience in government relations roles within Saudi Arabia.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Saudi government regulations and permit processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in using digital government portals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality and professionalism
