 Organization Structure
 
 
 
 Identify opportunities for business performance improvement through the reallocation of responsibilities and amendment of reporting lines.
 
 
 
 Organizational Design
 
 
 
 Contribute to specialist research and analysis to support evaluation of the current-state organization, development and evaluation of future-state organizational design propositions, and identification of the costs and business benefits of change.
 
 
 
 Change Management
 
 
 
 Act as a team member supporting a change initiative by providing basic analysis, project plan updates, and other support to deliver prescribed outcomes.
 
 
 
 Project Management
 
 
 
 Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.
 
 
 
 Procedural Improvement
 
 
 
 Contribute to procedural improvement by proposing enhancements to current working processes and practices to ensure maximum benefit to the organization.
 
 
 
 Solutions Analysis
 
 
 
 Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents.
 
 
 
 Job Analysis and Evaluation
 
 
 
 Support the delivery of job analysis and job evaluation processes; produce job descriptions and role profiles and associated scoping data.
 
 
 
 Information and Business Advice
 
 
 
 Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
 
 
 
 Personal Capability Building
 
 
 
 Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
 
 
 General Experience
 
 
 Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems(7 to 12 months)

 Ensure implementation and execution of Warehouse Good Practices and the Quality conformity of all Finished Goods within the Warehouse and Logistics Network, and oversee the Quality Management Systems and compliance at the Warehouse and Logistics network.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Quality &amp; Process Evaluation

 Distribution &amp; Inventory Management

 Oversee development and remediation of controls and quality standards for:

 Receiving

 Picking
 </li>

 Packing

 Lot reconciliation
 </li>

 Manage communication on progress within BCO.

 Product Quality Oversight

 Oversee product quality holds and field actions impacting the Distribution Center.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure physical product testing requirements are implemented (e.g., functional testing, visual inspection, verification).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Repackaging &amp; Relabeling Operations
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure implementation of requirements for repackaging and relabeling within the Warehouse.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage quality of operations including:
 </li>
 <li>
 Repacking
 </li>
 <li>
 Relabeling
 </li>
 <li>
 Over-labeling
 </li>
 <li>
 Kitting
 </li>
 <li>
 Reworking
 </li>

 Temperature-Controlled Facilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Ensure validation of cold chain and controlled ambient facilities with QA Manager support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate and timely communication of temperature excursions to relevant partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to temperature control and monitoring requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate temperature control exceptions and oversee remediation activities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Customer Complaints &amp; Quality Issues
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle distribution-related customer complaints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track, trend, and mitigate quality-related issues.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Quality Systems &amp; Validation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee controls and standards for:

 <li>
 WMS (Warehouse Management System)
 </li>
 <li>
 Internal audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Other software systems used in BCO
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Quality Systems including:

 CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
 </li>
 <li>
 Document management
 </li>
 <li>
 Change control
 </li>
 <li>
 Training management
 </li>
 <li>
 Preventative maintenance systems
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Management &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct Management Reviews of Warehouse Operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Health Authority inspections (e.g., Municipality).
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and mitigate compliance risks through internal audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage all required facility licenses.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Support &amp; Miscellaneous
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support departmental goals, objectives, and business metrics.
 </li>

 Perform any other duties assigned by management.
