The role focuses on managing and growing key public sector accounts, driving strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets across the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and grow assigned key accounts within the governmental healthcare sector.</li><li>Develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets.</li><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor tender pipelines, market dynamics, and competitor activities.</li><li>Provide accurate forecasting, sales reporting, and performance analysis.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective internal collaboration.</li><li>Travel to remote areas as per work schedule to cover main accounts in the assigned territory.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Pharmacy.</li><li>Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license as a pharmacist.</li><li>Saudi national.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 3 years total experience, including 1&ndash;3 years in governmental business (healthcare/pharmaceutical).</li><li>Proven track record of success in key account management is preferred.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong sales knowledge and customer/result-oriented mindset.</li><li>Analytical and strategic thinking.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Collaborative personality with leadership potential.</li><li>Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken).</li><li>computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you a Saudi national?
