Job Summary

We are seeking a Saudi Key Account Specialist with strong sales capabilities and solid experience in the governmental healthcare/pharmaceutical sector. The role focuses on managing and growing key public sector accounts, driving strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned key accounts within the governmental healthcare sector.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor tender pipelines, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Provide accurate forecasting, sales reporting, and performance analysis.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective internal collaboration.
• Travel to remote areas as per work schedule to cover main accounts in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license as a pharmacist.
• Saudi national.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years total experience, including 1–3 years in governmental business (healthcare/pharmaceutical).
• Proven track record of success in key account management is preferred.

• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Collaborative personality with leadership potential.
• Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
