 About the Role
 
 
 We are looking for a passionate and experienced
 
 HR Generalist
 
 to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and supporting both management and employees in all aspects of HR.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding)
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain employee records and HR systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee payroll, attendance, and benefits administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Support performance management and employee engagement activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate training and development programs
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 3 years of experience
 
 as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of
 
 Egyptian labor laws and regulations
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 HRIS systems
 
 and
 
 Microsoft Office Suite
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem-solving and decision-making skills
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of confidentiality and professionalism
 </li>
 </ul>
