About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and supporting both management and employees in all aspects of HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities
  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions when needed
  • Coordinate training and development programs
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
  • Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
