SALE-PURCHASE COORDINATORKey Responsibilities1. Sales Coordination<ul><li>Receive and process customer orders accurately in the software.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts.</li></ul><ul><li>Track order status and follow ups</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, dispatch details, and delivery schedules.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with the finance team for invoice preparation and payment follow-ups.</li></ul>2. Purchase Coordination<ul><li>Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders to suppliers.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor supplier order status and ensure on-time delivery of goods or materials.</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with suppliers for order confirmations, shipment tracking, and resolving discrepancies.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in vendor evaluation and maintain supplier records.</li></ul>3. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain records of sales and purchase orders, shipping documents, and invoices.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare periodic reports on order status, stock levels, and supplier performance.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with company policies.</li></ul>4. Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Serve as the point of contact between internal teams (sales, procurement, accounts, logistics) and external parties (customers, suppliers etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Handle after-sales service coordination and manage any order-related issues or complaints.</li></ul>______________Key Skills and Competencies<ul><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li></ul><ul><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
