Job Overview We&rsquo;re looking for a Complaint Data Analyst to help us investigate and resolve customer product complaints, identify trends, and support product quality improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across teams to make a real impact on customer satisfaction and compliance.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Review and process customer complaints across multiple channels.</li><li>Analyze complaint data to spot patterns and potential product issues.</li><li>Create reports and dashboards to share insights with leadership.</li><li>Document investigations in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with Quality, Technical Support, Engineering, and R&amp;D teams to resolve issues.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or a related field.</li><li>Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
