QA Complaint Data Analyst

Job Overview
We’re looking for a Complaint Data Analyst to help us investigate and resolve customer product complaints, identify trends, and support product quality improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across teams to make a real impact on customer satisfaction and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Review and process customer complaints across multiple channels.
• Analyze complaint data to spot patterns and potential product issues.
• Create reports and dashboards to share insights with leadership.
• Document investigations in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Technical Support, Engineering, and R&D teams to resolve issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau). Python or R a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with complaint handling in a regulated industry (medical devices, healthcare, insurance, etc.) preferred.
