The Opportunity We're exploring launching a new wellness focused hospitality concept in Dubai (including a cafe and restaurant) centred around longevity and performance. The concept is backed by Biospan, and is launching in collaboration with one of the most ambitious new health & longevity destinations. What You'll Be Doing <ul> <li>Launch and manage a boutique café and restaurant centred around organic foods and personalised nutrition.</li> <li>Oversee all daily operations - service, inventory, POS, compliance, training, client experience.</li> <li>Manage local regulations and company financials.</li> <li>Work closely with an on site Nutritionist to help integrate meal plans and support health journeys.</li> <li>Report directly to the founder team and help shape the Dubai operation for future growth.</li> <li>Handle relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and other wellness stakeholders.</li> <li>Coordinate marketing activities.</li> </ul> You Might Be a Fit If <ul> <li>You've launched or managed boutique F&B or wellness venues.</li> <li>You have a track record of launching and managing restaurants.</li> <li>You know how to run lean operations and build from scratch.</li> <li>You're comfortable owning the outcome and being the on ground partner in Dubai.</li> <li>You're well organised, solutions driven, and excited about scaling something meaningful in health, food, or longevity.</li> <li>You live and breathe this space - organic food, nutrition, supplements, recovery protocols, etc.</li> </ul> Details <ul> <li>Salary and equity to be discussed.</li> <li>Start date: as soon as possible.</li> </ul> How to Apply Please fill the application form to apply.
