Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels.</li><li>Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve ROI, ROAS, and lead/sales targets.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience segmentation.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals.</li><li>Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of spends.</li><li>Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, etc., to monitor and report performance.</li><li>A/B test landing pages and ad sets to improve click-through and conversion rates.</li><li>Analyze customer journeys and provide insights to improve funnel performance.</li><li>Stay updated on latest trends and algorithm changes across major ad platforms.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in FMCG / D2C / e-commerce / hygiene / wellness sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, retargeting, and programmatic advertising.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel for data reporting.</li><li>Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent are a plus.</li><li>Experience managing agency or marketplace performance campaigns is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,700.56 - &#8377;49,157.92 per monthExpected Start Date: 04/11/2025
