Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve ROI, ROAS, and lead/sales targets.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of spends.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, etc., to monitor and report performance.
  • A/B test landing pages and ad sets to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Analyze customer journeys and provide insights to improve funnel performance.
  • Stay updated on latest trends and algorithm changes across major ad platforms.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in FMCG / D2C / e-commerce / hygiene / wellness sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, retargeting, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel for data reporting.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Experience managing agency or marketplace performance campaigns is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,700.56 - ₹49,157.92 per month
