Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve ROI, ROAS, and lead/sales targets.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of spends.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, etc., to monitor and report performance.
- A/B test landing pages and ad sets to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Analyze customer journeys and provide insights to improve funnel performance.
- Stay updated on latest trends and algorithm changes across major ad platforms.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in FMCG / D2C / e-commerce / hygiene / wellness sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, retargeting, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel for data reporting.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent are a plus.
- Experience managing agency or marketplace performance campaigns is an advantage.
