Role Overview:We&rsquo;re looking for a Social Media &amp; Marketing Creative: someone who understands content, storytelling, strategy, and digital culture. Not a &ldquo;post designer,&rdquo; not a &ldquo;caption writer.&rdquo; Someone who can think strategically, create smart content, and support clients with ideas, scripts, messaging, and execution.You&rsquo;ll work with our production team, sit inside real shoots, help clients build their content plans, and create strong digital presence for Birdcast and our clients.What You Will DoContent Creation &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Develop content ideas for multiple social platforms.</li><li>Write scripts for short-form videos, podcasts, and marketing campaigns</li><li>Create content calendars and social media plans</li><li>Bring creative concepts and storytelling ideas to the table</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Manage posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms</li><li>Track performance analytics and optimize content</li><li>Maintain brand tone and visual identity for Birdcast + clients</li></ul>Creative Direction<ul><li>Assist on shoots with ideas, angles, and storytelling flow</li><li>Work alongside our editors to guide creative output</li><li>Break down trends, topics, and insights for fast content generation</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Client Support<ul><li>Support clients with messaging, scripts, and strategy</li><li>Write marketing copy, hooks, captions, and campaign ideas</li><li>Help shape Birdcast&rsquo;s brand presence as a strategic video partner</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Great to Have)<ul><li>Basic editing (CapCut / Davinci Resolve)</li><li>Experience with AI tools</li><li>Understanding of branding + design</li><li>Interest in podcasting or video production</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
